Talk to your doctor. Meanwhile, eat a excellent diet with seafood (or cod liver oil) and lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, get enough vitamins & minerals. Cut way back on red meats and try to stay away from fats, oils (we use olive oil now), and sugars and pastries.

    Omega3 helps preventing arthritis.

    Check this info:

“One of the benefits of fish oil is the effect that it has on arthritis. Arthritis can be a painful and debilitating condition and finding effective treatments for the condition has been like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Thankfully, Omega 3 seems to be having a positive effect on treating the pain, inflammation and stiffness of the arthritis condition. ”

And now my gift to you (free Omega3 bottle):

    I hope it helps
