Best thing you can do is avoid this & all pharmaceuticals really. I am taking “colostrum” for 3 days now, 2 level tablespoons daily with water on empty stomach, left elbow STOPPED “crackling” when I flex it this is ONLY thing that ever helped. PREDNISONE ASSASSINATED MY DOG. He went into kidney failure, could not drink water, and this SHIT drove him out of his mind!! He had been on it several X over the years but GD vet NEVER warned of CUMULATIVE KIDNEY DAMAGE!!! Huge Pharma is NOT your pal

I’ve been off it for some time (nearly four years), and have been in remission from Wegener’s granulomatosis nearly as long. Public have such wide variation in how the disease strikes them, which makes it all the worse. In my case, I was nearly dead when treatment started, yet, once I went through treatment, I had relatively few issues afterwards. I am blessed.

I have had less shaking, lot less weight gain, by cutting out 80% sugars, salt, stout- all the excellent stuff.- Im not perfect, but I work hard at eating less,

and my wife makes juice out of celery cucumbers, garlic, ginger, beets. 4 times a week. this helps alot with my energy too.

im not familiar with your condition but i was on prednisone before for another condition and tried substituting that with homeopathic tablets and after a year i felt much in excellent health overall maybe you can get diagnosed by a homeopathic doctor

I have been taking prednisone for severe mouth sores. I mean really severe if I don’t take it. I got all your side effects and I know how you feel. I work out everyday in the gym and it does counter it a bit . I am really losing a few pounds and look better over all. It gets you to sleep better too. You have to excercise , even mildly. It is hard but you have to try unless you find a way to stop the prednisone.

idk prednison makes me feel hot and makes my blood difficulty go up. i take it cuz i get poison ivy alot and i take it for only one week and i take 7 pills one day then 5 then 4 then 3 then 2 and then 1
