Hey! Thanks for this helpful video. By the way, I hear many people keep on talking about Artholarex Miracle (google it), but I’m not sure if it is excellent. Have you plotting about home remedy called Artholarex Miracle? I have heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker completely relief his arthritis naturally with this remedy.

    Hi Helena,
As for the pineapple, I do both: I buy frozen and I freeze ripe, fresh pineapple, it just depends on what’s available.

To freeze bananas, make sure the peels have the brown sugar spots on them so they are at the peak of taste and nutrition, PEEL THEM, place in freezer bags and they keep about two weeks. I use them up quick for smoothies and sorbets.

  • HelenaMikas:

amusing you should say this I experience same effect and it certainly helps me over pain

  • HelenaMikas:

I just establish your channel and I like you! I haven’t tried this shake yet, but I did place Tumeric in my conservational smoothie this morning I can’t taste it all. I saw a heart doctor on The Dr. Oz show that says he sprinkles Tumeric on everything. Like your channel! Here’s to your health! XO, C

    Tell Laurie I said Thanks)

  • Drawingb:

That doesn’t look like turmeric. Turmeric is bright orange.

  • MsAppassionata:

Thank you so much. I will do as you suggest.

  • MsAppassionata:

I was told by a doctor once that peanuts are not excellent. He didn’t say anything about any other nuts though

Check out Dr. Weil’s anti inflammatory diet, essentially a Mediterranean diet will get you ongoing drweil (dot) com/drw/u/ART02012/anti-inflammatory-diet

Also, if you’re not sure what a food is going to do to you from an inflammation standpoint just drop it in this website nutritiondata.self (dot) com

  • MsAppassionata:

How much turmeric and sugar do you place into the boiled milk?

  • MsAppassionata:

If it’s not too much distress, could you please give me your wife’s alkaline and anti-inflammatory diet? I have arthritis in all of my joints and do not wish to take up again using NSAIDS to relieve the pain. I will be extremely thankful for any help or advice you can grant me with. I cannot afford to go to holistic doctors because my insurance does not pay for them and I don’t have much extra money.. Thanks, in advance, for your help.
