Resolved Question: help me! everytime i buy a shoes and wear for a month or a year, the front of it is easily getting damage,?
even the quality of it is good and brand new. my friend told me that the cause of this is because i have an arthritis, and is i have reumatoid gland but i am not sure if that is the reason why everytime i wear a shoes, the front of it is easily getting damage and it is detaching even it is made of a material which is hard to be destroy.
as i told, that any shoes i worn, it is damaged. i use in the city, the street is good and flat. i use it about 4 times to 5 times a week. but every shoes i reallt worn were have the same part of damage but i tried to walk it well because yes i feel that i don't have a good way of walking it seems i am like a drunk and the way i walk is nopt really stable.

Food As Your Medicine!
We all know we should eat better, and most of us know that fruit and vegetables are the answer to good health, but these days we tend to be too busy and maybe a little lazy? Ok I have to admit I include myself in that one!
So maybe we need to remind ourselves of the help that we have on permanent offer from mother nature itself! Its all there hanging from trees and growing in our earth just waiting for us to take it, an abundance of pure goodness, nutrition and healing! For the body to be in perfect health we would have to be extreme in diet change as we have become accustomed to eating processed foods which give us virtually no nutritional [...]

Resolved Question: how to handle people who complain about health but don’t do anything for it?
I have a friend I've known for probably 35 years. She has some health issues and mainly the cause is her immune system is shot because she doesn't take care of herself.
She had her gallbladder removed a few years ago. She now lives on a diet of lunchmeat, pizza and pop (or soda as some call it). She doesn't take vitamins or exercise. She has problems with her skin and terrible arthritis but she's constantly telling me her stomach is upset or she's got an upper respiratory infection or sinus infection I'd say every other month. In fact, I don't think I've ever heard her say "I feel good."
I have told her over and over that she needs to eat better and get more sleep, stop eating garbage. [...]
