has she seen a rheumatologist or been veteran for parasites/ can check IgE levels for this. may need prednisone burst for inflammation. has she had xrays done, may have degenerative joint disease/osteoporsis or arthritis or reiter’s syndrome, or gout?
did she see an orthopedic doctor? she can try capzasin ointments, ice packs, or may need Rx meds , can try motrin/ibuprofen if not allergic, may need stay to pain specialist clinic or physical therapy. could have rheumatoid arthritis.
