I had been suffering with very painful knees over the past 6 months and had been taking Glucosamine, using OTC pain meds like Alleve, ice, and tried to keep exercising (walking and water aerobics). After taking Instaflex for a small over a week (3xs a day), the pain was nearly really gone and has remained so nearly a month later. Earlier I knew that ginger was known for its use as a natural anti-inflammatory and am now convinced that ginger along with the additional ingredients in Instaflex work well together. Using Instaflex every day has made a huge difference in eliminating my knee pain and swelling.

I suffer from constant joint pain in one of my hip joints due to traumatic injury from several falls. This has caused me to limp on that side. The limping has place extra strain on my decrease lumbar inter-vertebral joints causing additional pain.

I have been taking glucosamine and chondroitin supplements for several years with small to no pain relief. But, I keep taking them in hopes that it’s really responsibility something. I recently chose to try Instaflex and have been on it for a month of three capsules per day. I don’t reflect that I will order another supply of it as I can’t tell that there has been any enhancement at all.

I’m a retired physician of Chiropractic and am well versed in the treatment of joint pain. If Instaflex does anything at all it’s certainly no better than any additional glucosamine supplement I have tried in the past. Several physicians have told me to buy the cheapest glucosamine available on the shelf as they are all basically the same. I had high hopes for the things of Instaflex. It costs more… it must be better. But, there has been no dramatic effect in my personal use of the product.

Therefore, I will give it a one-star rating. It’s pricey and doesn’t perform any better than additional glucosamine supplements.
