Caffeinated Make pleased
My father-in-law told me to take niacinamide. My left hand used to hurt so terrible I would weep and my husband would forget and try to hold my hand and the pain was terrible. After I took the niacinamide, it was a day or so and the pain stopped. Your mom can buy this anywhere supplements are sold. As for me, I take one capsule a day and that does it.

Swimming is an brilliant activity because it strengthens your muscles and joints lacking putting any strain on them. A physiotherapist can give you information and advice.
* Try to lose excess weight as this will reduce the pressure on your joints.
* Try and find ways of building everyday tasks simpler and there may be specialist gear that can help
* Try to eat a healthy, balanced diet and cut down on saturated fats.
* A hot water bottle may help if your joints feel stiff and painful; try an ice pack if they are hot and irritated.

Your mom will be pleased you are trying to help her.
Excellent luck.
